- We are looking for FRESH, NEW, TALENTED entertainment
for our 2009 roster. Submissions must be made by December 31st,

quality (i.e. Not recorded in your garage or
basement....unless you have a studio in your basement. If
you need to be put in touch with a recording studio with
reasonable prices, please contact us:

have to sell you and your package as a whole. If you have
a better sounding CD, chances of being booked or getting deals
are higher.)
---For our 2008 roster,
demos MUST be submitted no later than December 31st, 2007.

- ---DO NOT FORGET CONTACT
INFORMATION. ( I can't tell you how many times we have
received demos that have a great band name, great pics, great
songs, and NO contact information. DON'T FORGET!)
- ---If you have something
that is great and just can't get it to us in time, please
contact us. We're willing to work with you. We're
also not "the bad guys." (We don't try to steal your money
or use your services and make you do shows that you don't want
to. See below for more information.)
- ---If you ONLY have a
myspace account or similar type, this is ok also as long as the
quality of sound/video clips are high and you can email promo
pics and a bio. (Send us the link and contact information.

- 1. Are you a booking agent or a
music management company?
- - Yes, we book entertainment and we
help manage entertainment.
- 2. What are your fees?
- - 10% of the total billing rate to a venue or
club, etc...
- 3. What is your process and what
are the stipulations?
- - The only process to start booking with
Professional Music Management is to sign our BOOKING AGREEMENT.
- 4. What is your "BOOKING
AGREEMENT?"
- - Our booking agreement simply states that if
Professional Music Management books you or your group at a
venue, club, etc, for the first time, for a period of 6 months
after your first date at the club, if you would want to book
that venue again, you must book through Professional Music
Management.
- 5. So, does that mean, I can't
have another booking agent?
- - No, not at all. There are no EXCLUSIVE
agreements between Professional Music Management and talent on
our roster.
- 6. What happens after the 6
months?
- - You are able to book at that venue, club on your
own and Professional Music Management will not take any fees.
- 7. What is the advantage of
going with Professional Music Management?
- - We are another source for "gigs" or "bookings" and
we are GREAT at giving advice and helping MANAGE yourself.
- 8. Does Professional Music
Management guarantee their services?
- - No, we do not guarantee that you will get more gigs
or bookings at all.
- 9. So, I heard that booking
agents try to "screw you" and "steal your songs" or take your
fame. Is this true?
- This may be true elsewhere, but not at Professional Music Management.
Its in our name. "PROFESSIONAL" Music Management.
- 10. How long do I have to stay
on contract with Professional Music Management and when can I be
taken off the talent roster?
- - There are no contracts. Only agreements.
You may be taken off our roster at ANY time.
